Prime Fleet, the rental and leasing company of Galadari Automobiles, successfully went live on the Advectus Automotive Platform in September 2026, marking the final phase of a division-wide implementation. The milestone brings together the diverse operations of Galadari Automobiles, the UAE importer and distributor of Mazda, Omoda & Jaecoo, iCaur, Lynk & Co, Kawasaki, Triumph, Moto Morini, Mahindra and other automotive brands.
As Galadari Automobiles expanded its portfolio of brands and business activities, the need for greater integration, consistent reporting and operational visibility became increasingly important, while each business retained its distinct requirements. Built on Oracle NetSuite’s ERP, the Advectus Automotive Business Management Platform addresses these needs by connecting the division’s operations within a shared digital environment while supporting the individual processes of each business unit.
“At Galadari Automobiles, our business has grown into a diverse automotive ecosystem, spanning multiple brands, business units and customer touchpoints. From New Vehicle Sales and Aftersales to Preowned and Rental & Leasing, each business has its own operational requirements, but they are all connected by the same customer, vehicle and financial lifecycle.
Our vision with Advectus has been to bring these businesses together on a single Dealer Management System and create a common digital foundation for the organization.
Advectus has been an important partner in helping us build this foundation. Its ability to combine automotive functionality with the scalability and flexibility of Oracle NetSuite gives us a platform that can evolve alongside our business.
Our objective is simple: to create one connected digital ecosystem across our automotive businesses, enabling us to operate more effectively today while building the foundation for the mobility business of tomorrow.”
— Axel Dreyer, Chief Executive Officer, Galadari Automobiles Division
Prime Fleet, formerly Galadari Rent A Car, previously operated on a standalone rental management system. Its transition to the Advectus platform integrates high-volume rental transactions, fleet management, regulatory interactions and financial processes with the wider division.
The implementation connects rental agents, fleet coordinators and finance teams through integrated workflows. Key capabilities include the management of Salik toll charges and traffic fines, integration with the Roads and Transport Authority’s TARS system, and the alignment of vehicle procurement, fixed-asset accounting and servicing processes with the division’s existing operations.
With the rollout complete, Galadari Automobiles benefits from greater consistency in data management, improved cross-functional visibility and consolidated financial reporting. The platform enables its businesses to maintain their respective operational processes while working within a connected system, providing management with a more comprehensive view of performance across the division.
“Galadari Automobiles runs import, retail, aftersales, and rental as very different businesses, and they wanted each one to keep its own way of working. With Prime Fleet live, every one of those businesses works the way it needs to, and all of them work from the same data. Galadari Automobiles’ implementation is a prime example of Advectus’ “Automotive Intelligence” vision – Automotive and operational Processes running on the same core and data, implemented by an experienced automotive team providing the foundation for growth and expansion.”
— Jari Nyman, Chief Operating Officer, Advectus
The completed implementation also establishes a scalable foundation for future growth, allowing new brands and business activities to be incorporated into the existing platform. By bringing the division’s data together within a unified framework, Galadari Automobiles is also better positioned to explore advanced analytics, automation and emerging AI-driven automotive capabilities.
